Returns & Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

2. Returning Your Item

Once you have notified us of your wish to return, you must send the item back to us within 14 days of that notification. Items must be returned:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • In original packaging where possible
  • With all labels and tags attached

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we have made an error. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

We will refund the full price of the product. Original delivery charges are refundable only if you are cancelling your entire order within the cooling-off period. Return postage costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Items where the hygiene seal has been broken
  • Personalised or custom-made items

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
