2. Our Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations in colour may occur due to photography and screen settings.

Our moses baskets and accessories are intended for use with newborns and young infants. All products meet applicable safety standards. Please follow all care and safety instructions provided with your order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of placing your order.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider.

4. Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgement. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email confirming dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if any items are damaged or missing.
